Faulty Nokia 2730? Become unresponsive but still turns on...?

Hi

Had this phone for quite long. Last night I was on the phone and my battery was really low, i put it on charge before i went bed but then the next morning it just stopped working!

If anyone rings me, it goes through and my ringtone will go of but I wont be able to answer. Also NO buttons work at all! Except 7,8, & 9. I cant use the call button etc. occasionally the other buttons will work and also the light seems to be constantly on, like it doesn't go into standby. Dont no whats up with it! Its basically useless at the moment!

I have a phone screw kit so if there's anything I can do by opening it up... Glad to suggestions : )

overnight charges wreck phones and batteries, there lies ur problem. U only need to charge it til its full which with ur phone is only 2 hours, less if ur battery is old. U can try removing the battery to reboot, but the damage may already be done. Maybe take it to a mobile repair shop and see what they quote u, if it can be fixed.
