Feeding my Betta Fish blood worms?

I just got my Betta Fish today, and I'm not sure how many blood worms to feed him. They're really thin and tiny like pencil shavings if not smaller. How many or much do I feed him of this? I know you need to feed him 6-7 brine shrimp but I don't have those...not to mention they're so much bigger! How many times a day do you feed him? Good sites anyone, or just good info you can pass to me? Anything would help, I've found nothing specific on how many blood worms to feed them, so obviously you can tell I'm in need of some help/ knowledge. Thanks everyone. ;D
 
Just a small little pinch will be more than enough for your betta. Betta's normally love blood worms, but will eat brine shrimp, but only give it 1 brine shrimp because the food is compressed into that little pellet.
