Battery light came on earlier this week with squealing fan belt. Then lost Power stearing. Called breakdown people and they said alternator problem, Changed alternator and still no power steering - any ideas please.
Is the auxilliary drive belt correctly routed to drive the power steering compressor would be my first thought..
Or does this one have electric power steering and you have a simultaneous electrical fault or a wiring problem caused during the work to replace the alternator?
