Fiat Punto had Head Gasket Done and has Now gone again?

I had a 2000/w fiat punto 1.2 The head Gasket went about 2 weeks ago and i put it in the garage for repair, the car was dropped off by the garage and was left at my house till the weekend, i drove to work from hastings to ashford and when driving there the overheating light come on just as i was pulling up to work. When i drove back from work the light come on and almost instantly the hole engine cut out. The car would not start and it was 4am and -9 (degrees) i had to get toed back what cost £250 - Does the garage take the blame for the head going again as the job was not done properly or do i? As i am now £400 + £250 out of pocket. Cars been left at garage and they basicly said its F****D What can be done??
How would you go about suing the garage? Who would i contact?
 
Tell the service manager that you hold the garage fully responsible for the problems since they were supposed to have repaired your car two weeks ago. If they would care to put matters right, you will consider the matter closed. If not, you will get it repaired elsewhere and sue them for the cost and inconvenience.
