Hi my isp limits the speed of file sharing programs (about 10kb downloads) during peak times but off peak times i can download as fast as i like (300kb downloads). I can understand why they do this but is there anyway i can make it think it is not a file sharing program i use so i can use it all the time. Maybe by enterting a specific port or certain ips etc.
