I haven't recieved one of my w-2's but I have gotten my last check stub with all the information. Can I still E-file over the internet. All you do is enter numbers.
The IRS will not process your return until they receive their copy of the W2, so you filing without it is pointless and foolish. You will delay your refund much more by making a mistake because that last pay stub did not reflect the correct info than you will ever save by filing early.
Why is it people are so obsessed with filing taxes early, instead of waiting a couple of weeks and doing it properly?
