FISH HELP!!?? whats wrong with my goldfish?

Help, my goldfish was once a beautifull orange colour and now it has turned black for about 4 weeks, its starting to get a white dotty streak down its side, she has been inactive VERY strange lately, inactive and lasy hiding in the oddest places, she never gets any food either, i took her out of the tank for a while but now she is back, she is very weak and her colour seems wrong.. i need help! :(
 
well, there are a few possibilities of what could be wrong.

1. You should check ammonia, nitrate and ph levels
2. it has ich or any other parasite
3. you keep the tank to clean

Many people believe keeping the tank sparkling clean will make the fish grow faster, be more active, thrive and will prevent diseases. But the truth....its killing them!!
Keep the water more dirtier and just have a filter and a few snails for cleaning it. Do a water change like every month.
Also, if its not ich, then sometimes in the spring or close to the spring they will have white spots on them, that means they are ready to mate, only the boys do that though. Do some research for more info
