i recently got a full time job, before i was working 2 part time jobs 60 hrs a week, now im 40 hrs a week, so i have more free time. im 345 pounds about 6 foot, yes i know im out of shape but ive been busy working 60 hrs a week and going to school. now that i have 20 hrs a week more i joined a gym but i dont wanna over work myself, i dont get much exercise aside from walking now and again. the gym has everything, im looking to do cardio and weightlifting. the gym said they can do an assesment but it would take 3 hours of my time that i dont have to spare. any input would be great, im looking for length of time on cardio and weights that wont cause too much strain since i havent worked out in a long time. i'll be going everyday for up to 2 hrs so keep that in mind.
