I am waiting on a doctor's appointment to get everything checked out. I suspect I have a heart condition. I'm having palpitations, I'm quite sure. I also get hot too easily (the exact opposite of my usual self). But, I need to start exercising badly, and I don't feel as if I can wait much longer to start. Are there any exercises that anyone can recommend that would be "safe" for me to do while waiting to see my doc?
