What are the most important physical exercises to do to prepare for SFAS. I understand that Pushups ,Rucking, and running are all very important but what other exercises should I do to prepare? Also are there any particular muscles or muscle groups that should be trained hardest And if somebody has a exercise regiment that they use to prepare for SFAS also, would you mind posting it so I could use it to refine and compare with mine? Thank you
