Fitness Muay Thai or Boxing?

This club offers sports / fitness training with Muay Thai as a basic. The training is designed to give the body all the muscles activated during a workout. Muay Thai Basics are punching, kicking techniques and knees are put inbetween. Training is typically done in pairs but sometimes individually. Training session ends with physical exercises. The training sets guaranteed to speed on both fitness and strength, no matter what form it has today. You need no experience in martial arts since before the workout is based exercises that everyone can do.

Anyone interested can spar after the training session. But absolutely no obligation.

To me this sounds like a more fitness oriented club.But I want to learn how to fight.There is more sparring in the Boxing club.

What should I do??
