I want to get toned legs and I'm having a really hard time.
I've tried exercising but I build muscle really fast so after I ran for three days my legs bulked up. Ugh.
There's nothing wrong with muscular legs, except I'm a slim person and a girl and I think it looks weird on me.
What exercises do you suggest for me? Ones that'll get my legs toned (like the VS models) but not bulky and muscular
 
working out takes a lot of time its not some magical thing that takes 2 days. You could do squats "without weights" and you could walk up or run up stairs.
