Fitness Question/physical physique? help plz?

Hi i am a 17 year old teenager, i weigh exactly 125 pounds and am 5'10'', i am slightly slender but i have a little pudge of belly fat that i am desperatly trying to get rid of. i am a vegetarian that takes in less than 1500 calories a day, never eat any junk food, and find enough alternative sources of protein.

i work out almost every day(4-5 times a week), which consists of 15-20 min of high cardio and weight training on different body parts on different days.

So my question is how can i diminish the belly fat and start to uncover my ab muscles?

(i also do more and more sit ups everyday or every other day,and i have noticed slight ab formation)

don't mind the scar, my pelvis was broken in a car accident and was surgical intervention was absolute.

you look great very nice i dont see any puge and sorry for your accident same here kinda message me if you ever want to talk ;)
 
I'm not a fitness/nutrition expert. I think you are doing great with the eating/exercise plan you have going. You don't look pudgy.
Keep up the good work.
