How hard is it to ride one and do you have to tilt on sharp turns ? And how can you slow down faster

Unless you know precisely what you're doing - it can be very difficult. There will be no coasting or freewheeling on a fixed gear bicycle. If the bike is in motion - the pedals will be in motion - forward or backward.

"...do you have to tilt on sharp turns?" No more or less than a traditional road bike.

"And how can you slow down faster?" Lock your knees - in essence blowing them out eventually. Have good health insurance. You'll need it for that all important knee replacement surgery.

Fixie bikes have the bottom bracket a little higher then a normal road bike so you dont get a pedal strike. As for the brakes keep both of them.
