we had some bad weather and a tree branch fell on my car, it is an 05 subaru forester. it knocked the drivers side mirror completely off leaving it dangling by the wire. some of the plastic snapped as well and the mechanics in it don't work any more. is that something i can fix or do i have to take it to the shop? if so about how much will it cost.
