flash bridle? are they good for showjumping at all?

just wondering. :-)
ok thx 4 the anwers its cuz my horse keeps his mouth open like hes yawning when i ride him and i dont want him to get his toung over the bit any suggestions! :]
 
depends on the horse. my one horse has a flash for showjumping but my other 2 do not. it helps him a lot nd it loks nice. it doesnt hurt to have one unless the horse rejects it. give it a try see how it works. it cant hurt ;]
