Food Help?!?

I'm trying to eat smaller portions and cut out junk food before my Spring Break vacation. But, alot of "healthy" food leaves me so hungry that I end up completely pigging out on empty calories. What are some healthy snacks or foods that leave you feeling satisfied and not your stomach growling?
 
anything with fiber in it like apples will curb your hunger for awhile.
