For experienced athletes/fitness experts?

Is it okay to stretch, do body weight exercizes, weightlift and do cardio all together 4-5 times a week?
 
im not an experienced athlete or fitness expert, so maybe dont listen to me, but that doesnt sound right. i think you should have to spread them out. like weights one day, then cardio next, then so on.
 
Yes, just don't do the same type of cardio two days in a row and don't work the same muscle group two days in a row. You can stretch every day. I do cardio six days a week and alternate between swimming, running and biking.
