On March 15, 2009 amidst the usual catfights and angry women that we see week-in and week -ut on "Rock of Love Bus", viewers were treated to an interesting romantic drama that played out in front of eyes. As you may know the "So Called" Desirable Rock Star, Brett Michaels is trying to choose a woman from a group of women trying for his affection. During this episode, the women's "Exes" were brought on the show to discuss the womens flaws.
Week-in and Week-out, Brett has continually kept the woman Ashley on the show. He has kissed her and says he really likes her. I would say he is greatly interested.
Ashley's Ex boyfreind James shows up and she exclaims "He looks good".
When interviewed about Ashley, James says, "I'm taking Ashley back with me" and she will not stay with Brett. In the End, James does just that. He takes Ashley back from the arms of the one the world's most "so called" desirable men.
In the elimination portion of the show, Brett knew that his relationship or potential relationship with Ashley was being challenged, he knew what James said. He asked Ashley "look me in the eye and tell me you still want to be with me". She teared up and could not look him in the eye.
If I were in that position I would have said to Ashley:
No honey, don't cry. Think of what we have been to each other the past few months. Think of the times we spent together. I want you. I need you. Stay! Look at me, I can offer you things your Ex can't! You know that! Give us a chance! Let's not end our time here! We can make this work! (I would have closed in on her, gently at at a kissing close distance, I would have said whispering in her ear.) Let's do this Ashley. Let's stay together. Let's give this thing a chance! (I move in and if allowed, laid the hottest, wettest, french kiss on her at this point and lifted her up off her feet and carried her back to the room with her pass). When I get her there, I would tell her, that I would be willing to face her Ex and fight, if need be.
In the show, without passion and wimpishly, Brett said "Ashley, your tour ends here.
