About 2 weeks ago i was in a car accident because a large truck ran the red light and hit another driver and i. as a result of that, i had a sprained neck which made my shoulder and ear hurt. i was mostly concerned about my hearing because i thought i was going deaf and i was scared it would be a long term injury. i've been doing therapy for the last 2 weeks now and its feeling a lot better now. Now i have to deal with the insurance company regarding the settlement amount and im not sure how much im entitled to for pain and suffering. i didnt lose any wages because i dont work and im a student. has anyone been in a similar situation that can offer some advice? All i want is to be compensated fairly. thanks
