For MMA fighters, how much is it the money vs. the rush?

Actually I do know some people that fight for fun. They will pick fights in the street, in bars, etc.

I know the money matters some, but how much? Like is it 80% Money 20% Rush, or what.

for me its 90% rush 10% money... the money just pays for me to do other sports.
