Socialism- The government takes everything you have and spreads it "Equally" throughout the citizens. Soooo, if you don't work, you'll get he same amount of money as a guy who works 12 hours a day. or the other definition: What Obama wants.

Marxism- The Government takes everything you have and gives nothing back but what they think you deserve.

socialism- its a combined effort of all citizens and government where all of the means of production, power, and resources lay in the hands of the citizens. all equal suffrage, pay, opportunities


marxism- the ideal that economy is the driving force throughout history, despises capitalism
