For professional and experienced gunsmiths, how would i build an assault rifle

based off a TAR 21 model? This assault rifle I want to build is called MA23 assault rifle from a video game called "halo reach". I have taken manufacturing and currently in a gunsmithing course but need professional help. What models would be prefered. What machines would I have to use. Thank you for knowledge
