For telus users i just lost my phone?

It depends on how many months you have left on your contract. If you have 6-9 months or less, they will sometimes let you get another phone. You can also ask a friend if they have an old phone, because you can transfer your old phone number. I've had a few phones break.
ps. I hate telus, that's why I still use them, for some reason?!?

not if you buy another phone for FULL price and activate it under the same contract. My advice is to buy a telus phone off of ebay and activate it. If you dont get another phone and activate it under the same contract, then yes you will have to pay out the existing months remaining on the contract.
