Any scheme out there that gives Principle protection + (12% Interest or unlimited appr)..I am interested in something Low or Low Moderate risk like a CD, where the principal is assured and you can get at least 12%+ Interest or something with unlimited potential for appreciation with a min being 10-12%+ interest annualized.
