For Wrestlers and Judoka's who train in MMA?

I noticed that wrestling is more about domination and control (lay & pray for example) and jujutsu more about transitioning, submissions and disturbing flow and i like to use a good mix.
 
Which style is your base of grappling between these two. I know everyone uses BJJ because it's important to do so.
 
little known fact the greco roman has many movements barred from its competition which means you can't choke a guy this or straight arm him that. because of this the best way to hold a guy down is to pin him on his back and the safest thing to do is to give your back. in bjj AND real fighting you get destroyed with that thinking. wrestling is a step down and i love fighting wrestlers because they are so predictable in a real fight
