Hi,
I am about to move to South Caroline in order to go to college. I heard people say that since I'm a foreign citizen I will not be able to get a regular cellphone + cellphone plan because I don't have an American social security number. Therefore, I will only be able to get a track phone. Is that true? Are there other alternatives?
