I am trying to do the above via Tools->Internet Options->Accessibility and checking the box that says
"Format Documents using style sheet." I can change the properties of the mouse hover and fonts but I
cannot change the color of the scrollbar. The CSS code I am implementing works fine when on web pages.
Why don't the scrollbar properties change through a formatted style sheet?
