Okay so I read it, and now I have to do these questions but I'm confused about some of them, so could you help me out please??

1. What objects, persons, places, or events are given a symbolic meaning? What do they symbolize? Does the meaning of any symbol change??

2. Does the novel use irony? If so, where, how is it used?

3. What are the novels major themes??

Its just those few. Thanks a lot if you know the answers
 
I read it for pleasure and I think it's a great book.

The questions you make are your homework, your teacher wants you to answer them so do it the best you can.

If you are confused ask your teacher or discuss it at class. That's the objective of going to school.
