Fraps Recording Problem?

I use Fraps for recording, but for about a month now, when I record Minecraft with
Fraps, Minecraft lags. A LOT.
My Minecraft settings:
FOV: Normal
Graphics: Fast
Smooth Lighting: On
Render Distance: Usually Far, but sometimes normal
Performance: Max FPS
View Bobbing: On
Advanced OpenGL: Off
Clouds: Off
Particles: Decreased

Also, I use Optifine.
I need a way for Fraps to not lag Minecraft while recording.
And, don't suggest another recording program.
I am content with Fraps and Bandicam (not really used, but also lags).
