freaked out about adding more fish?

i want to build up my fish tank have it running a couplr of months now, and there are 16 communal fish, i would like to add more but im almost afraid to, as all iv read tells me it will upset the tank, cause white spot etc,,,,,,,, any advice, my tank is 200 ltr
guppies, loach, tetras,neon &xray, mollies, rummy nose tetra,
 
If the fish there are all small and will stay that way, you should be able to add a few more. You didn't say what size the fish were...that can make adifference.
 
It's always a good idea to keep any new fish in a Quarantine Tank for a few weeks for monitoring before introducing them into your main tank. Just in case they are sick with "white spots" called Ick and it is very treatable with stuff you can get from wallmart.
 
AN X-RAY!!!!!! they grow very huge!!!!! anyway your tank is about full, loaches do get pretty big.(a max of 6 inches to 1 foot)
