Fry's electronics, has anyon had this problem?

We bought two computers from them about 6 months ago, both with warranties for two years. When I think about it why would I ned to PURCHASE a warranty?
When we got them we didn't actually LOOK at what they cover, until My screen got slightly cracked. I realized it really doesn't cover ANYTHING!!
I went on ripoffrepot.com and seems like a lot of ppl. have trouble with theirs as well.
SHould we return the warranty?

everywhere sucks with honoring a warranty bestbuy frys hhgregg chances are your going to be on the phone alot arguing with people call the bbb and just stay on top of it most of the time if they wont fix it you can get them to pro rate the warranty (since they arent going to fix it anyway) and at least get some of that money back
