FTA Warrant...no smartass answers please.?

Me and my boyfriend got pulled over on the highway Sunday. He had a warrant issued from Dupage County, IL for a FTA just for a status check. His bond is at $1075.00 and his court date is tomorrow. Any tips or ideas on what might happen to him? He is on probation in three different counties.

Your boyfriend has some real issues. Any or all of those counties can violate and remand for the FTA alone. Most likely any time he gets for violations may be concurrent with time served in the other counties depending on what his convictions were and the new charge which resulted in a FTA. In my state an FTA itself is a seperate misdemeanor offense.
