This is my letter of complaint. Is this correct for the full block style buisness letter? If not what do I need to change? Read it and tell me where it needs improvement.

DearManager
My name is Danny Bennett I stayed at your hotel for one week in the month of October. Unfortunately my experience turned out to be a nightmare. I will clarify each of the problems below.
Firstly, housekeeping only comes once a week. I hung a do not disturb sign outside on the doorknob. They ignored it and came barging in without knocking. I had to put a chair in front of the door to prevent further unwanted disturbance.
Secondly, I ran out of all bathroom necessities, including toilet paper. I am very cautious about my hygiene. It was unnecessary to walk to the office and ask for these necessities.
Finally, I would like to add that I specifically asked for a room upstairs. The staff gave me downstairs. All I heard when I was trying to get some rest was stomping from above. There was no shower curtain in the bathtub, so every time when I took a shower water was spilled all over the floors.
Could I please ask you to look into these matters not only on my behalf but also on behalf of other customers, and in fact on behalf of your hotel, too?
I would not like for your hotel to go out of business because of these problems.
I look forward to hearing from you. Please contact me by e-mail.
Sincerely,
Danny Bennett
