I just started watching fullmetal alchemist ( original anime ) 2 days ago and finished it today ( ironic ..heard from my friend that the 2nd series ended on the same day i started it) so HERE THE PART I DONT" GET ...~

i started watching the 2nd season Brotherhood today and IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE !!!! HOW is Hughes alive ? and Ed and AL both in same world??
i heard there was a movie but wat's it called? ahhh nothing makes sense >.<!!

can u make an order of what i should start watching first I finished the original anime series so wats next cause brotherhood is confusing ....did i miss something ?
 
The original anime had its own storyline that loosely followed the manga, which is the one you watched. Brotherhood is a second anime series of the manga that has nothing to do with the first series, but Brotherhood's events all take place in the manga, so Brotherhood follows the actual FMA story.
