fuse keeps blowing on 1996 jeep cherokee?

my 1996 2wd jeep cherokee keeps blowing small mini 30amp fuse. fuse box is under hood pasenger side. any help
the manual says engine control- fuel pump,gen.field injectors,engine controller,oxygen senser.---the engine turns over when i try to start it but blows fuse every te
