Future boyfriend? ... he has a low self esteem and no confidence =[. Help?

So there is this guy, he's completely amazing. Except for one thing, he has no confidence. Which to me, is a big deal. It mostly points out while he walks because he slumps over. And when he talks, he talks so softly.
I don't know, I want someone who is outgoing and knows how to have a good time. Any suggestions?

Have him meet ur friends start talking to help him open up ,when he walks tell him stand up straight! like a soldier! soon when u look at him he will think u gonna say stand up straight & will... there is no perfect person this 1 just has a few flaws work with him to help & things will be ok

I was in a similar experience...
You will never be 100% happy if he's not confidence about himself. He will constantly need the reassurance that you're not cheating on him, that he is good enough for you, etc. etc. It becomes scratched record playing a few seconds over and over.

If it's already a problem, which it seems like it is, it's best to keep him as a friend and help him build his confidence. Then maybe something can eventually happen.
