Does network engineering have a bright future ahead of it?
I plan on leaving my career field in about 1 year and returning full time to college. I am passionate about networking and I am always up for challenges so I am wondering, from people in the field, do you guys and gals think there is a bright future in it? Do you see jobs increasing or decreasing over the next 5-10 years or so?
Also, if any network engineers read this, do you feel you get paid appropriately for the amount of work you do? Thanks in advance!
