gaia online introduction- where is the poll?

Okay, so it says-
"Try voting in a poll-- people around here will pay good money for your opinion. It’s a great way to get a little more gold.
Hey, look, a poll! "
Normally, it shows you an arrow where to go. This time, there was no arrow and i can't find the poll.
Can someone help me please? How do you get to the poll?
to alex- It didn't have a bubble above the two peoples head on mine

I just did it, and it was the answer bubble right above the 2 NPCs in front of the house, it asked which was the superior animal, a cat or a dog
Cats had a higher majority for me even though I voted Dog. :(
