in season 1, why does robert what to kill danaerys (and hence her unborn child) when he finds out that she's pregnant? i know its something to do with preventing the dothraki from starting a war, but why do the dothraki have to wait for the child to be born to start the war? why cant they just start it even without there being a prince?
