...and new bottle mixed up! help? Im freaking out as to what may happened to her! what should I look for?
 
She will probably just get a very upset tummy with vomiting and or diarrhea. I would try giving water to her and just keep an eye on her.
 
I'm shocked that she could drink it as it should be curdled at that point.

Chances are she'll just throw up. I hope she's Ok!
 
If it was bad the baby will probably not keep it down. I wouldn't worry about what to look for. It'll be obvious. But just in case:

crying
vomiting
letting gas
diarrhea

if it continues past a 3-4 hours call your pediatrician you don't want the baby to get dehydrated.
