George Lincoln Rockwell coined the term "White Power." What was his motive for

advocating the term? I'm sure all political movements and ideologies are started for a reason. What reason did George Lincoln Rockwell have for advocating White power?
Grand theft pants: I know he founded the American Nazi party, though, honestly, no, I have no clue why he advocates White power. Why advocate White power, whether Nazi or not?
Let me correct myself and say "advocated." I'm sure someone here would have ridiculed me for that mistake.
 
He was debating Stokley Carmichael, who was advocating black power.

Rockwell was a Nazi.
 
He was doing a commercial for TIDE Laundry Detergent.
 
He probably felt that immigration was getting too out of control and that the whites would no longer be the majority of America.

Whatever prompted him to coin the phrase, however, he's still a racist a**hole.
