Get ringtones on lg xenon?

I have an lg xenon and i want to get some more ringtones on it. i can connect it to my computer but it wont do anything besides charge. i checked my computer and drives and my phone doesnt show up. i dont have a microSD card, but i can record my voice and stuff. Do i need one? i have a ringtone maker on my computer but i cant connect to my phone. how can i get free ringtones off my computer to my phone? or how can i get some on my phone for free without subscribing to anything?
