Getting back my bikini body?

Hey...I'm 16 and 5'6 and 145 lbs. My jeans are a size 6 or 8 now, but last summer they were a four or two. I have grown in height, but also gained 30 pounds since last summer. I still exercise a lot, but i am a snackaholic. How can i lose weight from my thighs and stomach? I run about 4-5 miles a day, and three days a week i have weight training during practice as well.... i am strong, just not skinny...How can i lose the fat and tone the muscles? I want to get down to 125....20 pounds before JULY, is this possible?
