Getting Ready To Beat Up My Younger Brother (Venting)?

Alright my little brother (20), is driving me insane and I'm about to snap. He acts like an overconfident, ignorant douche bag just because my parent lets him do w/e he wants and he finally understands that he can bother me and can get away with it because I'm living at home going to college full time. But thankfully my last class ends next week and I'm planning on just beating the hell out of him the next time he bothers me. The only problem is I'm weighing on getting kicked out of the house vs. putting this ignorant kid in his rightful place. This has gone on for to many years and we have always hated each other. I just don't know what to do, and talking to him and parents are out of the question it has been done before and never worked.
I've been thinking on that and I have no idea if my parents would call the cops on me or not. And thankfully I have friends that I could crash at there place till things calmed down.

wow I'm the youngest brother in my family and i act the same way ur brother do, and all my older brothers want to kick my ass epsecially the middle one, wow. I am the same way and we hate each other I guess it's just a brother thing. If you fight him don't be surprised if he kick ur ass becuz my older brothers tried to kick my ass before but couldn't.
