Getting ringtones on sidekick3 w/o using internet?

I went to go download a ringtone off the T mobile site because I know you cant use your regular mp3's, and then it said that I have to use the downloads thing on my phone, which i don't have because i don't have internet.


please don't answer if you don't for sure know what you're talking about.
 
first thing i do know what i am talking about cause i own a phone store you did not get the data plan wich means you can't go on the internet until you do that you have to stick with 123 tjingle and beep ringtone good luck
