Getting toned in 2 and half months?

i'm 16 and summer break is near, and i want to tone my quads,glutes,and legs(calves) and lose inches in my .So how long will i have to be on the treadmill with what incline and how many times a week.I also plan on jump roping so will that also help me with toning up.I plan on cutting out junk food like chips etc.Also those doing all of these thing tone your body up over all

First, don't listen to the Acai Berry guys.

Second, I recommend aerobics for toning lower body or high incline on treadmill.

Cutting out junk food is good but make sure you are getting all the essential nutrients needed to be healthy.

10 Weeks is plenty good to see results, if you exercise on a daily basis you should get toned like you want.
