Hi, I'm doing daily sit-ups, push-ups, back push-ups, squats and those weird leg moves that are supposed to shape your bottom. I don't want to lose weight, I just want to shape up a bit, my goal is to move the fat to the right places, you know what I mean. I'm not too good at doing stuff regularly, it would help if I had some time horizon to look forward to. So I guess my question is:
If I workout daily to such level that it makes my muscles a little sore, how long do you think it is certain to take to see the results? In what time should I check myself in the mirror?
