On January 31, 24-year-old Brit Hermoine Way will be exchanging wedding vows (unofficially) with Alex—her Macbook Pro. Yes I wasn’t kidding. Or at the very least, I’m not really sure if this some elaborate hoax or something. Hermione apparently believes Alex when the Macbook Pro says “I love you” through its text-to-speech software, pleased with its virtually-generated devotion. “He always says that… he could say it fifty million times a day if he wanted to.” Assuming this is an off-beat attempt at comedy, just how does someone fall in love with their computer?
