Girls, Question about not wearing bras?

Last month I quit college and now I hardly even leave the house and when I'm at home I don't feel the need to wear a bra. I honestly haven't put on a bra for a few weeks/months and I was wondering whats the Disadvantages of not wearing a bra? Does it really make your breasts sag? If so then HOW does it make your breast sag just from not wearing one, thats so confusing.. how can not wearing something ruin your body? i'm so worried......

Should I start wearing them again even when I don't go out?
